The Staff Team
DREAM OWNERS
Their job is to oversee and train the staff. They keep the dream up and running. They are not to be bothered with trivial matters such as fights and/or general rule breaking. If there is an issue regarding a staff member, take it directly to the dream owners.
Sunstar & Cinderpelt
DREAM MANAGERS
Like the dream owners, they are tasked with maintaining the stability of the dream by monitoring and overseeing staff members. However, along with that, they also operate as general staff members as well. They moderate fights, deal with OOC issues, and are typically the final say in any situation that has more than one opinion. If given the option, request a general staff member for matters first before going to a manager. The managers are also there to keep the dream running smoothly, but will not micro manage every situation.

These individuals are your first step in resolution! Should you have a question, concern, comment or idea - please contact one of them first. Tasked with general dream management, they are here to help assist you in whatever way they can. Design and rule questions, further explanation of our policies, input or ideas to make Vale a better place - whatever is needed. Please remeber, here in Vale we try to be as relaxed as possible. We do not micro manage.

TRIAL STAFF
As their name suggests, these individuals are the newest additions to the Staff Team, and are in their 'training period' wherein they are given tests and scenarios to handle in order to judge their capabilities and whether or not they are fit to truly become a member of the Vale's staff.
